ICM Week- Erasmus+ Day – International University of Struga

On October 12, 2023, the International University of Struga proudly organized Erasmus+ Day. The event brought together students, faculty, and staff, embodying the essence of Erasmus+ and fostering a sense of unity among the diverse community of the university. Through this annual event, the university reaffirms its dedication to providing students with opportunities that extend beyond borders and boundaries, enriching their academic and personal journeys.

Under the instructions of Head of IRO Lirinda Vako, Erasmus+ Coordinator Semra Bujari, member of the Roaming project Nazmije M. Zabzun, the students and staff had a detailed presentation about Erasmus+ Programme, including mobilities, opportunities and grants offered by the European Commission. Erasmus+ Day provided a stage for students who have participated in the program to share their transformative experiences. Through presentations, they articulated the impact of their time abroad, the academic insights gained, and the friendships formed across borders.

The International University of Struga remains dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where students can thrive as global citizens.

Erasmus+ Day was not just an event; it was a testament to the institution’s commitment to embracing diversity and creating a global learning environment. As the day unfolded, it left an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of everyone involved, reinforcing the idea that education knows no borders and cultural exchange is a powerful catalyst for positive change.
